RG in service is the consummate gentlemen and professional. Really appreciate his kindness and honesty. Our only complaint is that our car was not washed upon return. The attendants said they were washing our car but 20 minutes later, they said they could not wash our car due to Covid..? I have a feeling that it was time for them to go home and didn’t want to be delayed. Understandable but they should’ve been honest with us.
