I was very clear that I wanted a complete estimate of repairs prior to giving my authorization for work to commence. This was on Friday. Evan Fryckman was asked to get a price on brake booster. He said that he would be off on Monday but he would still be communicating by text to provide updates. The only communication I received was on Tuesday informing me that repairs had been completed and that I could pick up the car by 6:00 pm. I did p/u car and as it turned out the repair did not call for power booster. But lack of communication surprised me and was not keeping with expectations or my past experiences.
