I spoke to the gentleman about my concerns regarding odor in my filter. We discussed that a technician would take a look at the filter. The filter was fully replaced and my lines blown free of apparent debris without quoting me $179 fee. That is a significant cost. When I showed great surprise And pointed out that I was not given a quote for services that would be rendered my representative gave me a $30 credit but $149 when you’re not ready for that charge is still significant. When I thought filter I was thinking $25-$30 and I left there paying $149. No I was not happy about that at all
