I came in for my 100,000 mile service. I selected the service from the website and it said factory recommendations total $301.19. My first service rep IVAN said “our website isn’t up to date, I am not going to lie” then printed off two service quotes for my 100,000 service to pick from one at the cost of $600 and the other at $1,100. I was upset I told him if the website is wrong fix it. I selected the service and price from the Fox Lexus website. I said I didn’t come here to get up sold. I said when I work with service rep Ashley Angel she doesn’t treat me like this. I then went over spoke to Ashley asked if she could help me and she said come in and she was amazing. She was respectful, patient and polite and made my experience that started out bad a good experience. She is amazing and a a true professional who values her clients.

Omar the service coordinator was great! Exceeded any of my expectations. The service I believe was done properly and the videos are great. My issue is the car has a white interior, correct me if my expectations are incorrect. I’ve had to many cars to count. Amongst them were cars I couldn’t care less about and cars I enjoyed. They ranged from my first car, Buick Electra which I painted with house paint. Had Ferrari's, Rolls, Aston’s, Lotus etc. The LC500 in my opinion is equal to or better imho. The white seats should be covered when serviced. Also, which made no sense there were finger prints all over the car. Probably being too picky, maybe. Just a heads up I guess. Your service center looks great and I’m sure the techs are also. It’s not the techs fault this occurred, point is u need to supply them with proper coverings. Anyway Ty and I’ll be back and also have recommended your dealership to others. Last point, u guys would not sell me the inspiration. Fact is I know u have had more then one and possibly more then anyone in the nation. I had to buy the car from a dealership in the northeast. Doesn’t matter who, point is I’ve purchased and leased 3 cars from JM over a relatively short period of time and was basically told no chance on the inspiration. The go away sales pitch was also weak leaving me wondering why purchase a car/truck from JM. Back to service, u got a good team working there. Marc Manin
