I should not have to bring back tools, usb flash drives, ask to have computer settings for service reset or bring back rags to the dealer after servicing. I would hope you’d agree. This has happened several times in my six year’s of servicing since moving from OKC. That dealer was premier. It is not Devan’s problem. The techs are. They’re not on their game. Customers are laying out high dollar for mediocrity. I’m not happy.
