The service was great but the scheduling was not. When I booked my appointment the representative said the service would take 3-4 hours. When I arrived I was told it would be 5-6 hours because I was not waiting on site. That was a big inconvenience for me because I had a medical appointment scheduled that afternoon. I had to leave my car overnight and pick it up the next day.

Three times to complete a timely service. 2nd visit was due to Low Tire (had consulted with my tire peeps : tires were 2-3 lbs low.). Returned for Time 2 : “well your batteries monitoring pressure in the tires are PROBABLY low : replace... for $1000. Again , next day, I got a Low Tire msg : I drove our again for Inspection. NOW he said spare tire had corroded bead, due to age.
WHY wasn’t there an “Inspection” earlier rather than guessing at they problem which cost me $1000 ????????
I think your people are Hustling for a $$$ . I get calls Often : time to come in. You used to put tag for mileage on window. I asked rep : if I drive 3,000 in six months Do I need to come in? He said Yes. “dialing for $$$”
I don’t trust you guys.
