There seems to be a lack of communication between departments. I thought that we were taking care of a routine smog check that the finance manager had failed to disclose. It was presented to me that this was going to be taken care of by SC Lexus but was not. It may only be $108, but the lack of transparency and haggling over this amount was disappointing. I’ve purchased or leased 5 cars from you and I won’t be returning again.
