I questioned the final price of the brakes . I. Was told when I was there after my last visit it would be $450. Upon picking up the vehicle I was billed $528. I looked on my last receipt and it did say $528 but I do remember a different quote . When I booked my appointment she confirmed my price at $450 and I booked it along with a special of outside detailing. When I picked up the vehicle he ran my card before viewing the bill . I questioned him on it and said that was the quoted price. Then I asked him if there were any specials and he told me not that he knew of. I later looked online when I got home and there was a special for front brakes for $432. I called and left a message with service and received no call back. I also looked at my details job. There was still a gritty texture and marks that would have easily been buffed out with clay or compound. I know a little about how to detail a car. I have done my one car for years. There is NO way he detailed my car I a professional way!!! I got home and just used my one clay and spray and was sooo much smoother. I waited a day for a call back and no one called . I also called the appointment desk and they said they couldn’t see the brake deal that was online that I saw. Sooo my husband and I drove back to Metro and he told service what we went through. The service department had the detailed employee come out and look at the car. I questioned him if he even clayed the car. He said yes . NO way!! The service manager agreed it was a terrible job and would redo it . No thanks. Since today is Saturday the service guy said we should get a response by Monday. I hope so! I absolutely love my car!! I would never buy anything else. I am extremely disappointed on how Lexus treated my service. We actually were thinking of trading in my 2013 after driving a new one but I think we’re going to wait a while. All in all I have no issues with the mechanical service but the customer service was so disappointing.
