The one thing I have noticed is a complete lack of organization when it comes to picking up the car after service. The service advisor told me to sit down and wait until someone asked me for my paperwork.. I did, for a few minutes and then finally asked the lady with microphone and she called for my car. I then had to wait another few minutes until my car arrived. It seems like the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing and there were three people just standing around talking.
