After receiving service for an oil change, I noticed that my windshield wiper was torn. I returned to the service desk to inquire because I was given a 10-point inspection and there was no mention of my windshield blade needing replaced. My windshield wiper was not like that when I checked my car in for service. I was told that the technician noticed the blade when he placed my car into the car wash. If this is so why wasn't this mentioned when the 10-point inspection was done? In all the years that I have had my car serviced at Metro Lexus, I have never experienced this type of service. I'm not sure if it had anything to do with the service representative being new but I was not even given the option to replace the blade. I would like a follow-up call thank you.
