I left my car at 9:20 on Thursday; the USB port was to be replaced. I did have a nice loaner; I heard NOTHING from the Service Dept until 5:30 on Friday Nd then the gentleman who called could only tell me the car was not ready. It was finally delivered to me at 2:30 on Monday. You can send me five text messages to remind me of my appointment (highly irritating) but you can’t send me one text message to tell me the status of my car. So no I wasn’t totally satisfied. Fortunately, the loaner was a great car.

It is difficult to express the disappointment I had in South County Lexus today. I have been a Lexus person for over 14 years. I traded in my ast vehicle for a new RX 350. No fireworks, no celebrations or champagne – just my brand decision based upon really great past experiences with Lexus.
My New baby was experiencing a new quirk on an almost daily basis. It culminated in a secondary brake failure warning which sent me to the dealership immediately. I am disabled – which, unfortunately is clearly in evidence. I was asked to wait in a lounge area. Two incredibly agonizingly painful hours later I was informed that the wonderful people at Costco who help me with the pumping of gas had inadvertently left a gas cap Partially unsecured. Please – how long will it really take to make that determination. There has to be a better way guys. Based upon the experience within my own small circle of family – Range rover, Tesla, and Volvo —. This was an example of extraordinarily poor customer service. Communication folks is any businesses life blood with their customer. Deeply, deeply disappointed. Would have made another choice in vehicle Had I been forewarned.

We dropped by the Lexus dealership unexpectedly and Dan scheduled our RX350 in for door handle replacement. I was very pleased that they could work me in since we live about 3 hours from the dealership. All the service personnel were very courteous and professional ensuring they met our needs.
