I am concerned that your service department pocketed a diagnostic fee, After I was told any repair that is covered by Lexus, there would be no fee… The service manager simply stated; the repair was a goodwill coverage, and if I wanted my diagnostic fee back I should get it back from Lexus brand engagement. I stated I didn’t pay Lexus brand engagement, and why would they make me whole, I received very little response. I did speak with mr Stanley my case manager, and he advised that should not have happened, and someone from metro Lexus would follow up with me….I am currently still waiting to hear from your dealership??

I texted back to you about 4:00pm to see when car would be ready. The next day I picked up phone message saying car was ready that was sent about 3:57 the same day. Unfortunately I didn’t get the message until following day or I would have picked up my car and returned the rental car on Tuesday. Tried to call the number but it didn’t work. Just a heads up!!
