I was happy with the service and cassie I was not happy that I was told my new car I have had for only not even 3 months was out of alignment. I drive highway 90% of the time and have not hit anything. I feel that this may not have been inspected when the vehicle was delivered to Lexus when the car was brought up from Georgia. I feel that I should be reimbursed for this service. I feel that this was something that should’ve been checked out before I got my car and I don’t know why after driving highway only to work basically my car would be out of alignment.
