We waited for more than 3 hrs for the service of my car. At closing the one personnel ask us what we are waiting we are already until he called an attendant to address our problem. No service was done just maintenance of the EV battery.

Was lied to about key fob remote start functionality. Skyler said good for 10 years Romi said he didn’t know. After the sale, Romi told us 3 years. Also, car was presented with 2 dints and bugs all over it. Also, valet service rescheduled us without even bothering to call us. Major inconvenience, as we made special arrangements for the transfer. Overall bad experience.

When I made the appointment for this service, the person booking it could have told me that we needed a 120.000 mile service.
