I asked for tire pressure to be checked and adjusted. I was told that’s part of the vehicle inspection. Tire pressure was not checked. The left front was still at 40 psi while the others were at 33psi.

When I called to book appt I specifically asked if an alignment check could be completed on a Saturday. We drove from Murrieta and arrived early. Our service advisor was great…but at first said it may be Monday before it could be looked at! But then said it could be looked at later that day. He then explained that because it would be a “warranty” item, it would take several hours, possibly longer if it needed work. I was prepared for a few hours, but not days. Wish the person who booked me would have told me it would be longer due to it being a warranty item. I just wanted the alignment checked. The car had 425 miles on it and was pulling to the right. I thought it would be an easy alignment check…
