My appointment was with Anthony but he took the day off. I waited 25 minutes for a service provider to help me for my 10:00 an appointment which I set 2 weeks ago. I was provided a loaner car but was told my car would be ready mid afternoon so I stayed local. I guess I should have asked what “mid afternoon” meant. I came back to check around 1:50 and they told me 3:00. Came back at 3:00. At 3:05 I was called to be notified there was a puncture in my tire and it would take 45 minutes to replace it and car ready. At 4:30 I went to the cashier (as I had been I. The waiting room for an hour and a half at this point) and inquired about my car. My car was not ready until 4:45. I wouldn’t be annoyed at all of this if I was in my neighborhood and was able to go home during this time. I, however, drive from La Mesa when I could go to El Cajon or San Diego Lexus. I have been very happy with sales and the follow up I get from Lexus Escondido but today’s experience was not great.

I did not like the interaction with Mr. Cooper when I bought my car in to have a new radio installed. As long as I have been taking my car to metro lexus, no one has ever asked me for my credit card before the work was done. Also, he was too aggressive with the loaner car. I have three lexus cars, and I thinking about taking my cars to classic! When I picked up my car, the experience was good, I didn't have to deal with Mr. Paul Cooper! Thanks!!!
