I made an appointment for 7am this morning- I arrived early and was #1 on line. Other customers arrived later but they were called BEFORE me. After 7am there were at least four of us waiting. We didn’t get up early to wait! If you can’t staff at the appointed time, don’t make appointments to make people wait. I was given a coupon for breakfast but guess what the breakfast area was closed! Bad start!!!

Everyone is always friendly and helpful, however we were a little disappointed we were not notified when our service was completed. After 4 hours we brought our loaner car back to inquire on the progress and were informed it had been completed but due to a new system change we slipped they the cracks and were never notified. Other than that, all was good.

Issue has been there since I purchased the new 2022 RX 450 hybrid in March. Months of troubleshooting and it appears to be fixed.
