Our Service consultant Hassan Sarum did a great job explaining the process and gave us some price estimates based on what they may find with the brakes. He followed through with the final estimate that matched the work actually done. Thank You Lexus , it be nice if they have a discount for seniors

I told the service rep that the tire pressure setting had to be reintialized or the low tire pressure light would come on. I picked up my car and was only 5 miles away and the low tire pressure light came on. I now have to waste my time and go back. Please train your mechanics to read the instructions and learn how to do the reinitializing. This is probably the 6th or 7th time this has happened. Very frustrating!
