I am very please with the service on my vehicle. Everyone seems honest and professional at Lexus of Escondido. I’ve been to many different service centers and have had a fair share of bad experiences but Lexus of Escondido sets the bar for great customer service and quality service. I would like to give a shout out to the young man who assisted me with getting my car pulled up. I didn’t get his name, but he was a young Asian guy. His customer service was wonderful. I had my hands full and had 2 car seats in the loaner. Not only did he pull up my car, after I finished talking with my advisor, I walked outside to find he had already transferred the car seats from the loaner to my car. Wonderful customer service.

Paul treated me with respect and went over scheduled maintenance and together we determined that I did not need the tire rotation, due to low mileage driven. Thus, saving me money. The question was checking the brakes when the tires were off. He checked the maintenance history to determine when they were last checked and/or repaired. When going over what was done, he indicated that the brakes were actually checked. I take my car to you because you do only what is needed and do not do unnecessary work. Thank you.
