Service Advisor, Bailee, was great taking care of me. But I had to wait 30 minutes after completing the check-out paperwork with the Cashier for my car. I had to check multiple times with multiple Lexus service representatives for my car status. When the lot porter finally brought out my car, he said they did not send the tag for my vehicle to be pulled.
