Trying to make an appointment was not good as in Bad!! They didn’t know who I was didn’t know who Anthony Lee was. It took over 1/2 hour to schedule. This was not the Lexus I am familiar with. Anthony and the service team were great as was the billing department. You would be better off if you went back to the old way. And to make it even more uncomfortable the first operator just hung upon me.
