I’ve been a Lexus owner for years this is my 5th Lexus I’ve always have gone to the Carlsbad location. I think diversity training should be given to all employees no matter what their background is. when I was in Escondido looking at a car I want it on the showroom floor most of the employees just walked by looking at me. for some reason it made me very uncomfortable and I left. once I got home and shared my experience with my husband it was him who said no if that’s the car that you want we are going back to get it. so we did it. This time when I took a car to get service I’ve got a loaner car. WhenI return the loaner car One of your female employees greeted me at the car door and took the keys to the car once I went to check out to get my car I was told they couldn’t find the keys. I have a tote bag with my laptop etc. and a very large purse I had also went shopping at the nearby shopping center while waiting on my car to be serviced so I had a few bags as well. even though I explain the transaction between the female employee and return the keys( I also ask in the podium to see how she put them there ) I had to go through my bags my purse in my tote bag several times looking for the keys I initially had to sit my things on the floor digging looking for the keys as one of your employees and his customer (Who had lost her drivers license )stood and stared at me. finally the clerk it was behind the checkout counter said I could put my things on the lower part of the counter as I looked again for these keys. I finally said I’m going to go out and talk to the employee that had taken the keys myself. once I went outside I could not find her but I did speak with someone else she called the young lady (employee )on her ear piece and the young lady told her yes I took the keys and they’re in the podium(which is the location I ask one of the employees to look for the key. after all that not one person apologize to me as I picked up all my things. I am a female and a small business owner I support Carlsbad and Escondido Lexus with an on purpose. ( Judith ) please share your thoughts.

Outstanding service and attention to detail and my needs. Devan kept me in the loop even when he had challenges of a power outage. Very happy with the service and care that was provided. Will continue to trust this Lexus dealership.

This is separate from the care you provided for my car, and the loaner we were provided so we can take care of our own business in Escondido area while our car was being serviced. There was a muddy area where the loaner was parked causing me to slip and stumble and hit my head on the vehicle’s license plate. I had to lay down there for a couple of minutes to assess myself. I then slowly rose up and told my wife who was inside the vehicle of what had just happened. We notified Abel. I visited the VA clinic the ff day.
