The news he delivered about the condition of our 2019 RAV4 that we purchased from Metro Lexus just over six months ago (5,000 miles) was disappointing. The rear brakes were rated at a one and both the cabin and engine air filters were very dirty. None of that happened in six months. Tom Brennan is the Used Car Sales Manager. I assume my message was passed on to him, but I am very unhappy with buying a car with those two issues unresolved or disclosed before the sale.
