It is rare to receive good service at any business these days.
I was immediately attended to upon arrival. I was given an accurate estimate of when the service would be completed and my vehicle was immediately available for pickup after the service was completed!
Also, the waiting room area of the dealership was very comfortable and not overcrowded as it is at most auto repair shops.

I am extremely dissatisfied the service crown Lexus provided and I will not return to this location. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment. I was the second car to get checked in. I was checked in at 1539. At 1657 I received the multi point inspection. I called my advisor declining recommendation and at that time she told me my vehicle was ready the paper work needed to be completed yet I did not receive my vehicle until 1800. So it took a whole hour to do paperwork? I asked the advisor this and she said no we were backed up today and it took the service longer but at 1657 she told me my car was done. I was the second car to arrive and the last car to leave. Even though I live 5 miles away from this location I will never return.
