Lexus Monogram Service

Mark was fantastic and extremely helpful. The only problem I had was with the actual service to the vehicle. When I took possession of my car, the brakes were “mushy” or slow to respond. I think they forgot to bleed the brakes to eliminate air in the line. At any rate, I had to spend time trying to get the brakes to set properly. This should’ve been done before leaving the dealership. However, I know that they were working hard to get things done today before closing, so that might have been a reason for missing this step after installing new brakes. I do want to say though that Mark was very personable and helpful!

I had what I felt was the worst service ever. The service representative, Alfred, just seemed so dismissive about what I was telling him. I told him my tires and rims needed to be looked at because my husband hit and there was damage. I then told him that I had insurance for it but he said we’ll have to see if it’s covered. I said what do you mean I was told that if anything happened it would be covered. He said “that’s why people need to read the fine print”. I couldn’t believe he was saying that. I felt he was being completely rude and disrespectful. I later called in regards to what service I was approving and spoke to a representative who answered the phone and briefly explained how I felt and told him that I really did not want to speak with Alfred and shortly after that Alfred called me. I then told Alfred how I felt and although he apologized and said he never meant to disrespect me, I told him BUT you did. On another note he also stated that i would have to call about my rims. I told him that last time it was taken care of there at the dealership. He simply said they no longer are doing it here. He said he was going to try to coordinate for my rims to get fixed while my car was there. So that didn’t happen either. My car was at the dealership from Thursday at 12:30 pm through Monday.

Christian was amazing. I can tell that he knows his job very well.

There is no question that Jeff has mastered the art of customer service. He is conscientious and kind and is an excellent communicator. Metro Lexus is very fortunate to have such a valued employee. The main reason I will return to Lexus services is because of Jeff. He is open and honest about services and how he can best help me but also save me money.
