I was told that my rear strut were leaking oil and that they need some attention. I ask a question to The service representative and she answered in way that I was not expected. I wanted to tell her that I changed my decision and that I wanted to replace the struts. But after the way she responde to my question I said to my self why bother.
I never had this type of customer service experience.
