Vanessa was friendly and very knowledgeable. She recommended needed service to me.
I had a grocery cart ding in my door and she had it repaired for me!! I told her the ding bothered me and she went into action!
I will request her service next time I’m there! Couldn’t be more pleased with how I was treated!!

Service on vehicle was very good. as usual. The communications on vehicle status were poor. I did receive a couple of emails indicating that my vehicle would need to be kept overnight, which was fine. Unfortunately, when I received the report on my vehicle, indicating it needed additional service, I tried to respond via email and phone to let them know I was prepared to have the additional service done. In fact, I thought it was being done, since I didn't hear back. I finally was able to get through to the Service Manager (Abel) and he let me know my vehicle was ready, but the additional service was not done. He suggested that we keep an eye on the problem over the next service appointments. I know the service writer was out on one or both days my vehicle was in, however, someone should have covered her customers while she was out. This is the second time this lack of communications has occurred here. Improvement is needed to simply keep the customer aware and has a means to reply back. If your automated email system does not get back to the service writer, then they should not send personalized emails to customers on that system.
