Anthony Lee was an exceptional service advisor and probably the only reason to go back to Lexus Escondido. He is attentive, kind and sincere. He is knowledgeable about the car and making sure you receive all the information before any decisions are made. He listened to all of my concerns and addressed each one without rushing. I cannot say enough good things. This location seems to have a lot of turnaround so I hope he doesn’t go anywhere.

The service was 5 stars but the fee’s doubled vs last year.
Worst part, I scheduled the service via web and the prices were completely different (cheaper). I was shocked when I saw the price. I even thought it was a mistake.
I’m going to look for other options.
This is not a good way of keeping loyalty among Lexus owners.

I was somewhat disappointed to find out that my tire was flipped inside out. I purchased my tires from your dealership and had them installed there. I have been back to Crown Lexus at least 3 times for other services since and this mistake was never noticed. I have been driving with an inside-out tire for a year and a half. I would like to speak to the manager, David.
Other than that, Alyssa was great, very sweet.
I want to continue trusting Crown Lexus with my car, I have been going to you since 2017. Please have David contact me. Thank you
