Service was not up to your regular efficient service. I arrived prior to scheduled 10,000 miles service 11:30 AM appointment. I said I would wait there. Mat said it would take about 2 hours for the service and wash the car; and wrote 1:30 on the service agreement. I waited in the quiet waiting room. About 2 PM I went to the front desk and asked when would my car be ready. The lady called and she told me it would be about 20 more minutes. About 2:10 PM I went to the front desk again. My car was not ready yet. About 3 PM I received the check out papers and was.told my car would be delivered in front. I waited and my car arrived. I left Lexus at 3: 16 PM; 3 hours 45 minutes after my appointment. At 3:16 PM the traffic at that time on 15 driving to my home in Fallbook is much busier. I had intended to get home before the heavier traffic; that’s why I took a 11:30 appointment.
Apparently my car service was not properly followed up.
You are better.
