I was told that I could expect that my car would be ready between noon and 12:15. When I had not heard anything by 12:45 I approached the cashier when my contact showed up with the paperwork with no explanation of the delay. I was told my car would be out front. It took 25 minutes before it was brought to me. About an hour of me waiting was pretty shabby treatment given there was no explanation or apology.
