Robert Maynard is the the best at what he does. He knows how to interact with the customers and is knowledgeable at his trade. There should be more people like him to make sure people will always keep coming back to Crown Lexus for their vehicle needs. Five ?? all the way!!!

I already did a survey and stated my comment. The sponsee was to call the GM of service to come into a resolution. I did call the number provided and was put on hold for a long time 15 min. I was transferred to the manager’s office TWICE and was put in a voice mail. I will not provide anymore surveys in the future. USELESS!!! FAKE SERVICE.
