You do not need to contact me, the situation was corrected. They told me my car was ready but when I was leaving I found they left a tool on the passenger seat and the cover to the back of the console was on the floor in the backseat, with wires exposed behind the console. They had driven it through the car wash and returned it to me like that, no one noticed the back of the console was not put back together.
