Scott was on vacation and Ronnie was my service manager. He asked me if there were any issues with my NX and addressed to my satisfaction. The young man who was in the greeting both was cheerful and helped me find the service manager’s office because of the remodeling taking place. I hope the remodel is completed the next time I bring in my car since it’s current state is rather disturbing. At least the coffee machines were working inside.
