I arrived for a 1:00 appointment 10 minutes early. From the time I pulled up until the time I drove away in the loaner 50 minutes had passed. The hold up was when I dropped the car and the over 30 minutes that I waited for an advisor. Finally someone passing by asked me if I was still waiting for a service advisor.
This was the EXACT same routine as the last time.
