Matthew was an excellent service rep. Very responsive, affable, and professional. My car was ready for pickup when I remembered to ask about some rough edges on my wheel rims. He took time to walk out to look at them and offered to drive it back into service to take care of it for me. He was willing to go that extra mile to make me totally satisfied. That certainly makes him an employee who should be commended. Five star service, for sure.
