Robert and the team provided excellent service today. On travel out of state and head earlier encountered a mattress in the middle of the highway. Did not realize my alignment was off due to the mattress and counter. The team at Lexis Was willing to check out my car for damage that might’ve been caused by the highway mattress. They discovered that I was way off alignment and was able to realign my car. This saved me four tires which would have been shredded if I had not had my car realigned. I truly appreciate the team taking such good care of a customer that was out of state. I can continue my vacation without any worries, THANK YOU!!!.

Yes. I was immediately met by one of your service representatives. They asked if I was there for 2pm appt; then guided me as where to park my car. Then your service advisor, Ronnie Crowe, greeted me; he noticed right away that my front tires were in serious condition and asked if I had knowledge of their condition and asked if I had visited at a prior date and guided me to waiting area and advised that he would share the results as soon as he received the inspection results from service technician. Ronnie promptly shared with me the results, covering the most serious issues first. He verified my email address and emailed me the results. He told that my car was finishing being washed and guided me to the valet. I waited a a few minutes and as soon as my car was parked and ready; I received my keys and was on my way. Service consultant left voicemail about car having sway bar bolt broken, and she was going to document my car is unsafe to drive. I called her back to discuss the findings, but was only able to leave voicemail. I did not hear back from her, so moving forward I have decided to go elsewhere for my services on all 3 of my Lexus vehicles.

He also took the extra time to see if a small amount of paint that had been transferred on my bumper by another car could be taken care of with just the car wash after service, which it was.
