Alfred was awesome. He worked with my insurance company and he was speeyd with answers. He was able to make a smooth transition in having the insurance company pay lexus directly. I was also set up with a loaner car for the duration. He has kept me in the loop with all the news and updates and I was never misinformed about anything. He should be promoted to Director of operations after handling my case because he set the highest standard of customer service among all the advisors I’ve been with at crown lexus. I made an appointment and requested a loaner car. I waited 1 hour, 10 minutes to be served. You were out of loaner cars so I had to wait. The wait turned into 3.5 hours and there was no time for the promised car wash. Thankfully Tyler comp'd my oil change which made the day slightly less disagreeable. Please tell the appointment person to pay attention to customer's needs.

Don’t need to be contacted. Service was fine but had to wait for a service rep. Was told they were at lunch and “this happens a lot”. My second poor experience. Your system for checking in, checking out and payment is inefficient. Follow Toyota/Infiniti examples…centralized front counter staffed with reps. Check in and out, pay at one location instead of back and forth to offices, waiting rooms and payment counter. Another trek for a loaner car. Your system is “silos” with no one able or willing to communicate.
