Service took longer than promised. Apparently, our rep. had gone to lunch and someone had to cover for him. When I went to leave, the drivers seat was in in farthest back position and my drivers’ seat settings had disappeared. And, after 6 months, we have still not received our second key fob. And there is another issue that I should have addressed sooner. When we were delivered our NX late last year, you had no one on staff to teach us how to use the new technology unlike when we purchased our RX 4 years ago. And we are still attempting to learn all of the new features. My wife is still reluctant to drive our NX. We love our new NX but your after purchase service has been very disappointing.
