Christian was kind and helpful and everything was going smoothly until my car was brought to me after service and it was still dirty with bird poop and water sprayed on my car! I asked the nice Hispanic guy about it and he said my car should have been washed! So, he kindly wiped my car down, including popping my trunk to get excess water. He cleaned the car enough that it looked ok!
I told him that he needs to report that my car was not washed but sprayed with water that made a mess!!!
Sadly, everything was so nice and smooth with my car service until I saw my still dirty and wet car. Thank goodness the young, Hispanic service man took care of it swiftly and kindly…

I was told my car needed an alignment, but because I have prepaid service, I was only written up for an oil change. I’m not sure why an alignment isn’t covered in my prepaid services when it’s a normal service, but it seems like the value I paid for pre paying service doesn’t feel there. Also, I was never told what the cost of getting an alignment is.
