Devin Roberson is a valuable asset to your team; he is the ONLY reason I did not leave in total disrespect and humiliation; I’ve addressed this to your manager and general manager at Crown Lexus Ontario…the manager Mike used a term to describe African Americans as “colored”!!! I was in utter shock!!!!! At the end, they did their best to accommodate me but more training is needed; I’m a retired Staff Development trainer and you should invest in this for your staff. Without Devin, I was going to continue up the chain of command; but his professionalism calmed me down. I drive from Riverside and this is not the first offense and if you’d like to discuss in person, I’m available. Mrs. Sessions~
