I was informed my vehicle would be washed and it wasn’t. In fact, it had finger and hand prints on the windows and door panels. It was dirtier than when I brought it in. I was asked to leave it over night and you failed to run it through the carwash during its extended stay. I’ve spoken to Vanessa and she said I can bring it back to allow Lexus to make the situation better. She was great to work with.
