I think 4 hours for an oil change and routine check up is a little long. My other service visits have taken about 2.5 hours. I live outside the area, so am not able to go home to wait. Finally, when I was informed my car was ready, I went to pick it up only to find they had not washed the car. I was told I could wait another 30 minutes if I wanted it washed. Both of these situations have never happened before, which is the reason I am mentioning it. I still think your dealership is one of the best, so this experience will not change my long term satisfaction.
