Mark, service rep and those who greeted me in the am were great. Mark kept me informed. He let me know that my car was ready around 330pm. I arrived at the dealership just after 4pm. My paper work was not ready. After several minutes mutes I was lead outside to pick up m car only to be told after several minutes that my car was being washed and had me wait inside. Unknown to me my car was pulled up but know one Le me know. I’ve had a lease for Lexus of 2015. I’ve only had the most experience Paul, mark followed back and he was very attentive.
