Horrible service, mechanics are incredibly incompetent, took 3 weeks for them to give up and send it to Chevy, will never be coming back or buying from this horrible establishment again, Senecca was super nice and helpful she was the only good part about the entire location

My service took much longer than expected with no update. Tried to get in contact with someone who would be able to provide me with an update and wasn’t able to until the car was ready almost 5 hours later. Lastly car was brought in for an oil change and because I didn’t specify regular was used automatically instead of asking for the option between that or synthetic(preferred). Overall good experience with the lyft drop off system and check in process but will never leave my car again without having a loaner car.

Most satifuee with Fiona's "Service Excellence".
I was MOST DISSATISFIED with the washing of My car RX 350 - and I'll tell you WHY? (They didn't clean the Interior (windows-front and back or the dashboard ..) I have Cronic Arthritis and a SeniorCitizen; and can't reach to clean these areas - NORMALLY I TAKE IT TO CAR WASH- but I had a "fender-bender" and didn't trust car wash machinery before repaired.) I won't even begin to mention the additional disappointment of the cleaning of the hubcaps...(3 "cleaned" Hub-caps and 1 NOT!) PLEASE KNOW - I DIDN'T EXPECT A "DETAILED" TRADITIONAL JOB; However, I did EXPECT a JOB WELL DONE; ESPECIALLY WHEN I PAID OVER $400.00 FOR A BASIC MTCE CHECK) I'm Proud to Support local businesses for EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE...I EXPECT THE MTCE TEAM TO SUPPORT MEMBERS OF YOUR STAFF LIKE FIONA -WHO SAID " Our TEAM IS THE BEST- THEY WILL WASH YOUR CAR FOR YOU"...I think they let her down..they most certainly let Me down...

The people were very friendly. I was left waiting a very long time(4 hours) for a waiting appointment. I just happen to be there on a day where there was a bbq being offered, however, there should be snacks available for customers who are unable to leave.
