You have very rude staff. The G.m is a coward he would never return my phone call and still hasn't to this day. Most of the Staff act like they have a chip on they shoulders. Mike in the service department refused to help me. The last gentleman that I worked with was great
Unfortunately I forgot his name but other than that it was terrible. If the other Lexus dealership wasn't that far I would absolutely never come back here. The manager in the service department was also nice..but everyone else terrible

The service visit was very good and very professional. Similar or better than what I received at Audi for over 20 years. Unfortunately, it appears someone opened the driver door into something and put a good size Nick in the handle. I noticed it immediately when I got home. I texted a picture of it to Mike Gleydura since I have his cell number. Since it’s in a spot I will see whenever I get in the car, I’m hoping Metro Lexus can fix the issue. You can see on the video u took that the nick wasn’t there at arrival.
