After dealing with Seneca, Scott and Brian, Seneca is the best service advisor. The last experience with Brian made me want to consider another dealer but I decided to give you another chance which I'm glad I did. Seneca completed my service request well which all the other advisor was able to do. More importantly, she coordinated the pick up and drop off Lyft well so I spend the minimum amount of time at the dealer. She also make sure she goes over everything she's about to do to my car, including car wash which is very nice. Before I left, she even left a cold water bottle in my car which is very considerate of her in this very hot weather. Overall, I won't hesitate to return as long as Seneca continues to work there.
