David was awesome. I mentioned I was going to go for a walk to do a few errands while my car was there. He instead calling me a lift. I came back at the later time frame and my car wasn't ready. He told me it could take another hour in a half, and it did! He appreciated my patience and discounted my service. Which was a win for me since I lost an entire day of being off work. Afterward, he even went through some of the features I have in my “new to me” NX. David is a great guy to have working with your customers. Yay David!!

Tony is an excellent service advisor and it was a pleasure interacting with him. Communication was outstanding as I was appraised of my vehicle’s progress from start to finish. When I asked about the battery number for my key fob, he just reached in his desk and tossed me a new one. It’s the little things like that which makes for a very satisfying customer experience.
