This is a preowned 2019 Lexus ES 350. I paid 30,000+ dollars for it. I’ve only had the car for six months and put less than 3000 miles on it. I have an extended warranty but they told me that the warranty did not cover the door panel and the electric seat screws that came out. It cost me over $600 to have this fixed. I’m very unsatisfied and feels that Lexus has failed me. It’s quite possible that I will not purchase another Lexus again. I am not a satisfied customer. The service representative Alfred Nungaray did a good job as your service consultant and he probably did all that he could do for me. I feel that I should be reimbursed for these repairs.
