I asked for a bid to replace my cracked windshield. Maryann forgot about this and justed called to say my car was ready (5,000 mile checkup). She then got the repair guy to look and called me back.
I was raised to follow through and complete the tasks I agreed to do. Anyone could have smiled and supplied incomplete service like she did. Although she was nice, the job wasn’t completed as requested with my having to prompt her.
