I am completely satisfied with Anthony, but not the repair department. They forgot to put back my handwheel to original position, this is 3rd time I had same situation and adjusted by myself. Also they forgot to put back my emergency tire to its original position instead just left it in my trunk, eventually Anthony helped me to fix the issue. I was wondering if it is my responsibility of reminding them?

Lexus van nuys I assume? If you’re asking about a recent service experience the only thing I did was receive a free battery you sent me in the mail. Although you are my closest dealership I do not, do not service my vehicle from you after 2 to 3 bad experiences after my purchase of a very expensive car from you last year. I drive farther and give my money to someone else.
